All you need is a box of stuffing mix, your choice of dark or white meat from a rotisserie chicken, and any veggies you want to add. I added onions, carrots, and celery to mine, but feel free to get creative!
The only equipment you need for this is a skillet and an oven-safe dish! I'm using Corning Ware that my grandma passed down to me. Just seeing the Blue Cornflower pattern makes me crave her cornbread dressing, which is why I came up with this recipe!
